The Process

A welcome call in September where we will explain how everything works. We start our journey by scheduling a call to get to know each other and answer any questions.

Assessment & food diary. You fill out a questionnaire covering all fields of your well-being and a form on your eating habits.

Weekly group online meetings of 1.5h where we will work on a topic. I explain how the program can help you with your goals, and we discuss and adjust the key points.

Bi-weekly1:1 coaching sessions with me. This time is for you and we will use it in the way that will help you best
