Last weekend, I was lounging by the pool when two lovely ladies asked me what I do for a living. -I'm a Leadership Coach- I said. Both assumed I'm a sports coach. - No, no, no… I specialize in coaching people at organizations to enhance their leadership skills-.
This didn’t really catch me by surprise. As soon as I say “I’m a Coach”, people tend to assume I’m a Fitness Coach. Now, to be fair, they are not wrong. I'm not just a Leadership Coach, but also a part-time Fitness Trainer, at @circuitfactory, since 2014.
Fitness training is my passion and my happy place, and I do integrate it into my executive coaching. Because we all know it, a healthy mind and a healthy body go hand in hand. My primary goal is to help clients achieve total transformation by addressing all aspects of their lives, and that doesn't just mean getting some exercise. Also, getting appropriate sleep, eating healthy food, building healthy relationships and doing the things we all know make us feel better.
So yes, I'm a Leadership Coach, and I’m also a Fitness trainer, and a holistic health advocate.
